In this training, you will learn how to safely and creatively guide women through their prenatal yoga practice, enhancing their birth experience. Learn about the stages of labor and the importance of this information when teaching prenatal yoga. Learn breathing techniques, yoga postures, and meditations that will prepare mothers for delivery.

 

 

 

25-Hour Postnatal Yoga

The Mukti Yoga Postnatal training explores the benefits postnatal yoga. In this training, you will learn how to safely and creatively guide women through their postnatal yoga practice, enhancing their birth experience. Learn how to rebuild the pelvic floor muscles, abdominal strength, relieve sore shoulders, stimulate milk production and restore overall balance in the body.

 

 

 

25-Hour Mommy and Baby + Fertility

200-Hour Foundation Teacher Training

 

September 21 – November 24, 2019

The Green Yogi, Manhattan Beach

Mukti Foundation Module serves as the cornerstone of Mukti’s teacher training program.  The objective of this training is to prepare participants to teach Hatha yoga at all levels.  The course covers anatomy and alignment for over 60 asanas.  Participants learn how to sequence a class, provide pose modifications, and make adjustments to students.  Graduates of Mukti’s Foundation Module will receive an all-encompassing and ever-lasting yoga teacher training experience upon which they can continue to build.

50-Hour Living Yoga
