Teacher Trainings

Mukti is a sanskrit word meaning “inner liberation.” Mukti’s purpose is to make ancient techniques accessible to the modern yogi. Mukti is more dedicated to sharing the true essence of yoga in a compassionate, educated, humble and deeply embodied way.

Mukti Yoga is a 200/500 hour Yoga Alliance approved and registered yoga school. Mukti Yoga is a style that has been developed, refined and established by Julie Rader since 2004. It carries notes of Vinyasa Flow and incorporates elements of Julie’s right training with Swami Janakananda and Swami Satyananda to go well beyond the popular power Vinyasa Yoga style. Mukti Yoga has certified hundreds of teachers who consistently excel in their communities.

Mukti Yoga is:

  • Alignment based flow following a fundamental class structure to keep students safe so they can practice yoga for their entire lives.
  • Creative sequencing that accommodates the seasons, time of day, moon cycle, and individual students in the room so no two classes are the same.
  • Utilizing the mind-body connection to guide the nuances of each class, rather than just the poses.
